Received a wrong/damaged product?

We apologize if you received a wrong, misprinted, damaged, or defective product. To resolve this quickly, email us at within a week with photos of the issue, your order number, and any other relevant details. We'll get back to you with a resolution ASAP!

Return Policy

We accept returns only for wrong, damaged, or defective products. Contact us at with photos before sending your items. We don't offer returns for "buyer's remorse" as our products are made to order.


Refunds are available for wrong or damaged/defective items. Contact us at with photos. Once approved, we'll process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

For Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm, please contact them directly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account, credit card company, and bank. Processing times may vary. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us here.


We accept exchanges for different sizes. You're responsible for return shipping and new shipping costs. Contact us to start the process. Check our sizing charts in the product description section for guidance.

Mislabeled Items

If you received a mislabeled item, contact us at within a week with your order number and photos. We'll send a new one or issue a refund!

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition
  • Return within 5 days of delivery
  • Original shipping charges not refundable
  • Include invoice in the return package


You're responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

For items over $75, consider trackable shipping or insurance, as we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
